Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
1. We strive to ensure that our products reach you safely and on time. Currently, we do not accept returns. For any queries, please contact us using the details provided in the "Reach Out to Us" section.
2. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with images of the damage. We will promptly address the issue.
- In case of damage or defect, the customer will be responsible for sending the product back to Zadap for inspection. If a genuine issue is found, Zadap will bear the cost of sending the replacement. However, if no issue is found, the customer will bear all courier/shipping charges.
3. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the possibility of offering returns at your location for an additional charge. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. If a return is approved, a nominal fee will be charged for picking up the product from your doorstep and returning it to us. This cost will be communicated to you prior to processing the return.
5. If any order is RTO (Returned to Origin), the responsibility will lie with the customer. The customer will be required to pay the courier charges or fees applicable to have the product redelivered or reshipped.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. You are eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled before it is accepted by us.
2. Once your order has been accepted or shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
3. We are fully committed to delivering your orders on time. However, if we must cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
4. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
